Women working together… weaving, making paper baskets, sewing, beading and making other craftwork. The purpose of this part of our project is to give unemployed mothers skills with which to earn a living and provide for their children. The equipment on hand is 2 floor looms for weaving, several smaller table looms, a rug maker, a beautiful spinning wheel, 3 sewing machines and various collections of wool and materials.

Once sufficient funding has been received, then professional training will start in earnest, and 14 women will be on their way to self-sufficiency.
